Pastors Will & Briana Thomas
Senior Pastor William A. Thomas, III and his twin sister Assistant Pastor Briana Thomas are the proud leaders of Open Bible Ministries based in Waldorf, MD since February 2018. Together they uphold the 3 John 2 vision that was entrusted to them by their parents and founding pastors, the late Bill and Brigette Thomas.
The twins graduated from Greensboro College in N.C. in 2015. While on campus, Pastor Will launched Christ Rules Everything Around Me (C.R.E.A.M.) young adult ministry and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a minor in Church Leadership. Pastor Briana earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications with a minor in Religion. She later graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Master of Journalism.
The twins are natives of Maryland and love to spend time with their sister, Brittney Thomas (OBM Youth Director), and their two dogs Jax and Moses.

In November 2019, Regina Banks was installed as a Pastor of Open Bible Ministries by Pastors Will & Briana Thomas.
Pastor Regina served under the leadership of the late Pastors Bill and Brigette Thomas managing the ministry’s day to day operations for 20 years. She is currently the Church Administrator and on the Board of Directors.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing from The George Washington University, she combines her years of education, leadership, and evangelism to share Jesus’ love and grace with a hurting world. She is also the founder of God Wants Me Whole Inc.
